At SalamOffice, we strive to provide high-quality document preparation and administrative services. Due to the nature of our work, the following refund policy applies:
1. Service-Based Work
SalamOffice provides time-based and service-based work, not physical products.
Once work has begun on your request, fees are generally non-refundable.
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following are non-refundable once started or completed:
- Document preparation services
- Application assistance
- Form completion and submission
- Consultation or guidance services
- Translation services
- Notary services (once performed)
3. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered only if:
- The service has not yet started, and
- A cancellation request is made within a reasonable time after payment
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Government & Third-Party Fees
Any fees paid to government agencies or third parties are:
- Non-refundable, and
- Not controlled by SalamOffice
5. No Guarantee of Results
Refunds will not be issued based on:
- Application denial
- Delays in processing
- Outcomes decided by third parties
6. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Reviewing all documents before submission
Refunds will not be issued for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
7. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a service:
- Contact us immediately
- Cancellation requests must be made before work begins
Once work has started, cancellation may not be possible.
8. Disputes
We aim to resolve all concerns fairly and professionally. If you have an issue, please contact us directly before initiating any dispute.
9. Changes to This Policy
SalamOffice reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
